Edesia Vendors: Sign Up Now

 

    Attention all you operators fine dining establishments and wineries:  If you get a move on, you can still be a part of Edesia: A Palisade Culinary, Wine & Spirits Adventure on Sunday, March 18 from 1-5 pm at Wine Country Inn.

     Deadline for signing up is Thursday, February 23, says General Manager Jerome Strack, who is coordinating the event. He says interest is high and this year’s Edesia is going to offer more opportunities for guests to sample food and wine. 

    “We’ve really gone out of our way to make room for a few more vendors because we’re expecting up to 500 guests,” he adds. “I think having Remy Martin as our presenting sponsor raises the event to a new level.”

   Glenn Smith, Chef in Residence at the Cooking School of Aspen, will be the celebrity chef conducting demonstrations on the hour in the Vintner’s House on the Inn’s Courtyard.
